Team Member Expectations & Responsibilities
All new BrainSTEPS CO team members must complete training, including New Team Member training and Online Reporting (ORBS) database training. After completing these, you’ll receive access to the database and begin having students assigned.
The time required for consultation activities depends on the type of request received. The specific hours are flexible and can vary based on your work schedule and team needs.

2 Full Days BrainSTEPS New Team Member Training
Annually, you are expected to participate in:
- 1 full day Update training
- Team Leaders Only – 1 full day Update training and 1 full day additional training

Please read the BrainSTEPS CO Best Practice Guide and discuss with your supervisor prior to submitting your application. Submission of your signed application demonstrates your commitment. It is expected that all BrainSTEPS CO team members follow the BrainSTEPS CO Best Practice Guide.
